Proposal for token distribution: 

We are the largest creator-centered NFT community in Japan. We will organize series of fan art competition starring the characters of Collab.Land and our characters, CryptoNinja.

Our community Ninja DAO has many active Japanese illustrators, 3D creators, metaverse designer, animators and manga artists.

We regularly holds CryptoNinja fan art competitions, with over 300 entries submitted each time.

You can check out the entries to our most recent fan art competition here.

With $COLLAB as an incentive, we will be able to generate a large amount of great artwork.

It would be a great help in spreading the Collab.Land name especially to the Japanese market.

Mechanism for distribution:

The competition will be held 2 times over a 12-month period.
80% will be used to award prizes to the creators.

Tokens will be distributed to the top 100 creators in order to attract more participants.
20% will be retained by the Ninja DAO treasury and used for the ongoing operation of the competition.

Schedule:
We have not finalized the details yet, but we are planning to develop two competitions.

2023 Jul: First competition held
Distribute 50% of tokens

2024 Jan: The second competition will be held
Distribute 50% of tokens

Distribution plan:
We plan to complete the distribution of all tokens in these two rounds. And participating creators will not get equal tokens (to eliminate fraudulent applications).

A detailed distribution plan has not been finalized, but the $COLLAB will be distributed on a sloped basis to 100 creators.

The idea is something like this:
1st place: 100,000 $COLLAB
2nd place: 50,000 $COLLAB
3rd to 5th place: 25,000 $COLLAB
6th to 10th place: 20,000 $COLLAB
Similarly distribute up to 100th place

About voting and governance token:
As with our regular art competitions, winners will be selected using Ninja DAO's governance tokens.

Our governance token $CNGT is managed over 400 days and is utilized for DAO voting.

It is well distributed and is held in over 2000 users.

How many users is this distribution projected to incentivize?
At least 500 creators will participate in the creation of Collab.Land fan art.
And their works will reach hundreds of thousands of people through social networking sites and communities.

How will this distribution incentivize usage and adoption of Collab.Land?
Through the large amount of great fan artwork, the Collab.Land brand will be made more widely known to the public.
