How will the tokens be distributed?
OliveX is a company that focuses on fitness games in Web3 and so with that spirit in mind, our token allocation proposal will also be designed based on gamified mechanics to encourage activations and engagement by the Fitness Metaverse community members.

The tokens will be distributed based on the type of NFT and number of each collection held, participation in leaderboard through OliveX’s move-and-own game - Dustland Runner - and Crew3 quest platform, as well as dedication to serving the community.

Under our Dustland Runner game, we have i) the Operation Ape Pass (already live) and ii) Dustland PFP (to be released later in 2023) NFT collections.

For either or both of the NFT our holders own, they will receive a weighted points allocation based on the quantity being held. We will also reward the tokens to leaderboard winners and our dedicated Community Moderators. In order to be eligible for the claim, members will need to be verified in our server through Collab.Land.

Mechanism for distribution:
Idea 1: 40% of Token to Ape Pass Holders and Dustland PFP Holders.

Objective:
Encourage traffic through Collab.Land from NFT holders.

How:
The amount of token distributed will be based on the quantity of the NFT held by the users as shown below, of which Roles in Discord will be granted via Collab.Land. The distribution will be immediate for existing holders, and ongoing to cater for new holders until the tokens are depleted.
Target Segment:
1 Ape pass = Bitsy Buster
3 Ape passes = Junior Buster
5 Ape passes = Hyper Buster
8 Ape passes = Alpha Buster
13 Ape passes = Ultra Buster
21+ Ape passes = GOAT Buster

Idea 2:
30% of Token to Dustland Runner App users who participate in future native leaderboard.
Objective:
Encourage app usage while promoting Collab.Land.

How:
The amount of token distributed will be based on the user participation in the Dustland Runner App’s future native leaderboard (currently we’re leveraging Crew3). This will increase engagement and stickiness in using the app while promoting Collab.Land to our app users. The distribution will be based on performance in app to existing and new players until the tokens are depleted.

Idea 3:
20% of Token to Crew3 leaderboard winners.

Objective:
Tie NFT holder verified role in Discord with a publicly available leaderboard that drives community desire to compete and enjoy exclusive perks.
How:
The amount of token distributed will be based on the user’s ranking in the Crew3’s sprint quest leaderboard. The competitive nature of the sprint will encourage community members to participate in health and fitness activities while promoting Collab.Land. The distribution will be based on leaderboard ranking to existing and new community members until the tokens are depleted.

Target Segment:
Crew3 leaderboard top 100 all-time winners.
Crew3 leaderboard top 100 sprints winners.

Idea 4:
10% of Token to Community Moderators.

Objective:
As a general incentive to recognize community builder’s hard work, which include shaping the community and facilitating all of the above incentives for NFT holders.

How:
We will set regular community goals and moderating guidelines for moderators to follow in order to further foster the culture and value of the Fitness Metaverse Discord. The amount of token distributed will be distributed equally for every Community Moderator for their hard work and contribution towards the overall direction and ongoing to cater for new Mods until the tokens are depleted.

How will the distribution happen?
a. Claim page within our Dustland website (link: https://thedustland.com/). Eligible members would navigate to this page and claim their respective $COLLAB allocation. This will bring exposure to the Collab.Land ecosystem even from the Dustland users who did not meet the token distribution requirements.
b. Direct distribution: Alternative to claim page, as our whole team is currently focusing on releasing more Game Modes and app features, thus resources are tight to create the claim page. 6 month claim period and ongoing.

Member group being targeted:
Mostly existing community members & some for new members.

Any other details regarding distribution:
Dustland Runner App native leaderboard is set to supersede Crew3, which ultimately attributes to 50% of the tokens being distributed to participation in the app leaderboard.

How many members is this distribution projected to incentivize?
Dustland Runner App has approximately 2,000 DAU (daily active users) where we have close to 4,000 unique owners of Operation Ape Pass alone.

How will this distribution incentivize usage and adoption of Collab.Land?
All users will have to use Collab.Land to verify & claim, indirectly helping to promote Collab.Land to over 20k current Discord members.

What is the benefit of this distribution to our community?
A claim to reward loyalty & incentivise activity within Discord. It will also incentivise community growth, engagement & NFT collection trading.

Will your project provide any co-incentives?
Potentially, to be decided.
