Distribution Mechanism

1. PRIME ECOSYSTEM

• At Prime Planet, we had built out a rounded infrastructure for our holders such as a passive staking contract, an exclusive token-gated marketplace for holders, as well as a native utility token ($PRIME).  Through the  passive staking rewards on all our NFT collections, holders earn $PRIME daily, to which they can spend on a wide range of items from branded merchandise, to NFTs, Giftcards, and so on. We are planning to integrate a claim for our Prime holders based on their holdings, and activeness in the community.

• PRIME INCENTIVE

• Since the inception of our genesis collection - Prime Ape Planet in December 2021, we have amassed a following of over hundreds of thousands throughout our social platforms. 4 collections later, we are sitting at ~30,000 NFTs across over 12,000 holders. One of our key focuses in our future roadmap is to have multiple omni-channel bridges between Web3 decentralization and Web2 IRL experiences. We have started on our first experiential events in Singapore through 2 custom produced inflatables using our Prime Apes and Prime Kongs IP.

• As a part of our future roadmap, we have also planned for a community consolidation by introducing a Prime Burn. Alongside our own planned incentives, we would also like to include COLLAB Tokens as an additional perk for active community holders who have been actively supporting and helping drive our Prime initiatives and visions.

Distribution Timeline

• Over the course of the next 3 to 6 months, tokens will be distributed to our community members.

• Holders of all Prime Planet NFTs from Prime Ape Planet, Prime Kong Planet, Infected Ape Planet and Prime Dragon Planet.

• Between 4 collections, we have a total of about 12,000 holders

• We also have 117,000 Discord members, 72,000 Twitter followers, and 74,200 Instagram followers.

How will this Distribution incentivize usage and adoption of Collab.Land

• In order to gain access to our Prime Ecosystems, Holders Events, and other token-gated community engagements etc, user must first verify their NFT ownership via Collab.Land.

• Participation in the Collab.Land DAO governance program and awareness for Collab.Land’s growth and updates in the space

Will project provide any co-incentive

• Yes, through our Prime Ecosystem, we have provided over 50 ETH worth of NFTs, Gifts, and Merchandise to our holders. For this distribution we will also be adding in over 10 ETH worth of NFTs/Merch, alongside $PRIME and $COLLAB.

Where will tokens be held once distributed by Collab.Land DAO

• The tokens will be held in the Prime Planet Community Wallet controlled and governed by the Core Team and 2 Community Managers.
