How will the tokens be distributed?
There are different ways we are considering when it comes to token distribution.
To begin with, the allocation wouldn’t have been possible without our community users who have been actively using the Collab.Land bot and participated in our various marketing campaigns and activities. We are therefore excited to reward them with a certain portion of the tokens.

As we have a cross-chain value transfer/swaps protocol named deSwap that’s live which is built with deBridge, we want to reward extra those who have used this protocol to move between chains.

deBridge has issued around 30+ NFTs so far and there are around 8K wallets holding more than 2 NFTs. This gives an indication of their activeness and long-term participation in the deBridge community. We will take those wallets and will see if they used deSwap for at least one cross-chain swap. Those that did, will get an extra reward for being an active user.

In addition, we are also looking to reward our 20+ volunteer moderators who have done an amazing job managing the community, answering questions, and helping us along the way to where we are today. Every team member (20 persons) will also be eligible. The following team members will be rewarded: those working on the marketing side, managing marketing activities, working on the protocol itself, and working as moderators and consultants.

We will allocate 70% of the airdrop to NFT holders, volunteers and team members (see description below). The remaining 30% will be held in a deBridge multisig wallet and used for upcoming community activities such as raffles, rewarding contributors using the tipping bot, and additional incentives for contests (meme contests, bridging contests, etc). Timeline for distribution. The 70% portion will be distributed in the following weeks via a claim page once we receive the tokens.

How many members is this distribution projected to incentivize?
The initial airdrop/distribution will be targeted to reward 6-8K members. Future activities will be targeted to increase the number of users of the Collab.Land bot and the deBridge Discord server.

How will this distribution incentivize usage and adoption of Collab.Land?
We have a significant, active community across different platforms (60k+ in total) which will play an important part here. Here, we are aiming to grow our community and increase engagement, and Collab.Land plays an essential role in the community structure.

We use it to auto-assign roles and connect on-chain data (wallets and NFTs), and also users’ activity and access. The bot also helps us to manage access to private channels for particular NFT holders, and we believe this can be extended to more areas moving forward.

We are planning to continue using the Collab.Land bot for our deBridge server and also to set it up for our new product’s Discord server which will be launched in the coming weeks.

We also would be happy to run co-marketing activities with the Collab.Land team such as raffles and AMAs inside our community to drive awareness, engagement, and overall community activity.

What is the benefit of this distribution to the wider ecosystem?
As long-term users of the Collab.Land bot, we are excited to continue using it and to integrate it even deeper into our Discord server. This includes future events as well where every new activity and NFTs involved are added to the Collab.Land bot, and the roles and gated access to private channels (and potentially more) are assigned. We are also thinking about other useful areas like using the bot for our other servers and increasing the number of community members by introducing a gamification aspect to the overall community management side of deBridge.

Will your project provide any co-incentives?
Since deBridge doesn’t have a token at the moment, we will primarily support the airdrop/other activities with NFT drops, special roles, raffles, giveaways, and more. For example, we are having a discussion on our Discord server where our community members can submit their own proposals on how we should distribute Collab.Land tokens. The most active contributors will get an honorary NFT and a special role, and we’re looking into other rewards to be distributed in the future.
