Token Distribution Mechanism:

PACA Twitter and Discord Community Participation:
84% (996011 $COLLAB)

a. PACAs in Web2 + PACA Merch + IRL Event:
28% (332003 $COLLAB)
Community + Team gets to be engaged in not only Web3.0 events but Web2.0 ones.
Community members can come up with IRL event ideas and apply for $COLLAB.

b. PACA Memes + PACA Fan Art + PACA and Me:
18% (213431 $COLLAB)
Community will have competition on twitter and discord regarding aforementioned activities. $COLLAB will be placed in a pool, and team + community gets to decide who's the winner, will be distributed via $COLLAB and directly to the community who participated.

c. PACA Hackathon:
38% (450577 $COLLAB)
Self education is an important aspect in this industry, so community + team get to engage in various educational event, this prize pool will be distributed for people who joined and participated. Method of distribution varies between events, some may be competition, and some may be general distribution to participants.

PACA Meetup:

Two methods of distribution:
General distribution to all participants, and for games there will be winners.

Community proposal:
7% (83000 $COLLAB)
will be given to the selected proposal from the community, and by the time Collab.Land team sees this, it's been selected already. It will go directly to those community members.

Timeline:

Once proposal gets approved, we will be hosting events (1a 1b 1c, 2a 2b 2c) once per month till all the $COLLAB is fully distributed.

User Group Being Targeted:
- The entire ALPACADABRAZ Community, depending on the events, some will be strictly to ALPACADABRAZ community only.

- Some may be people who joined the ALPACADABRAZ event (can be non-holders, but the majority will be for PACA holders).

Projected Incentivized Users:
- All 12,419 PACA holders (to date), and non-PACA holders but PACA COLLAB events participants (will be hard to quantify).

Incentivizing Usage and Adoption of Collab.Land:
- Roles will be given after incentivizing more people joining our event, such as "Hackathon Winner," "Event Organizer," etc.
- All winners of the events will need to verify via Collab.Land, no matter if they're holding a PACA or not. We do have roles for holders and non-holders.

Benefits of Distribution:
Co-Exposures on Twitter and Discord.
Collab.Land verification as our one and only method since day 1.
Community gets to be looped into COLLAB ecosystem, token and DAO wise. Community gets to be educated and incentivized via events and activities.
