How will the tokens be distributed?

20% of $COLLAB for the Retroactive distribution will be allocated to the people who had interacted with Collab.Land Bot and got the relevant roles in EtherPOAP Discord community.

70% of $COLLAB for the ongoing and future distribution will be allocated to the people who get our incentive system ‘EtherPOAP POINT’ through Collab,Land Bot.

10% of $COLLAB will go to IPrinter DAO Treasury (IPrinter is the issuer of EtherPOAP) that use to take part in the governance of Collab.Land DAO and its future utilization.

Mechanism for distribution:

All eligible users will be able to claim the token through EtherPOAP website. Using Collab.Land is the necessary condition for those eligible users before they claim. EtherPOAP will create a function for eligible users to connect their wallet with Collab.Land via EtherPOAP interface.

20% of token distribution targets to the people who had interacted with Collab.Land Bot and got the roles that related to actively/loyalty members and who had invited more friends in EtherPOAP community.

70% of token distribution targets to the people including: NFT holders or new NFT, buyers and proceed ‘Proofing (NFT staking)’ to get the ‘EtherPOAP POINT’; EtherPOAP ongoing campaign participants; Discord AMA/Twitter Space with partner projects participants; etc.

10% of token distribution targets to the governance of Collab.Land DAO and its future utilization.

Timeline:

3 month period to claim the $COLLAB for people who had interacted with Collab.Land and got the relevant roles.
6 months period to claim the $COLLAB for people who have, or will have ‘EtherPOAP POINT’ Through Collab,Land Bot.

10% of token only use to join in the governance of Collab.Land DAO for long term as partner.

How many users is this distribution projected to incentivize?

EtherPOAP expects to incentive over 100,000+ people including who had interacted with, and will interact with Collab.Land. We have around more than 70,000+ people in our society and about 100 Web3 project partners. Thus, we can both incentive people in our community and partners’ community basing on our ongoing marketing campaign. Anyone who is eligible to claim the $COLLAB token in our homepage should use Collab.Land.

How will this distribution incentivize usage and adoption of Collab.Land?

EtherPOAP members and newcomers use Collab.Land Bot as a normal base because EtherPOAP Discord being the main hub of community.

EtherPOAP runs series of incentive program where EtherPOAP members may receive tokens if they connect their wallet via Collab.Land, and execute a certain task or action within the EtherPOAP ecosystem.

Moreover, our further holders of EtherPOAP Series 2 NFT must get more traffic in to our discord and interact with Collab.Land Bot. Thus, we could expand the ecosystem both in EtherPOAP and Collab.Land.

What is the benefit of this distribution?

To Collab.Land:

EtherPOAP could be a sustainable utility for Collab.Land base on the function that people from EtherPOAP could connect with Collab.Land via EtherPOAP interface. Moreover, the ‘Raffle’ function of EtherPOAP could help $COLLAB be engaged into ‘EtherPOAP POINT’ within the EtherPOAP ecosystem.

Both EtherPOAP and Collab.Land will expand basing on our continuing building. Every single holder should do verification via Collab.Land Bot to get the role. Moreover, we’ll use to set the more relevant roles through Collab.Land Bot for our members. In that case, Collab.Land will also be associated closely with members from EtherPOPA.

Will your project provide any co-incentives?

Sure. We will announce that the partnership within us with big social campaign and tag Collab.Land. Within the campaign, we can set aside some token to giveaway.

As an NFT community, EtherPOAP would set like ‘Art/MEME create competition’ campaign. The winners are eligible to claim the $COLLAB.

EtherPOAP would develop a function for $COLLAB token holders exchanging $COLLAB into ‘EtherPOAP POINT’ in EtherPOAP website. Based on it, EtherPOAP would run a incentive campaign for people who do the most interaction through the ‘Exchange’, and set aside some $COLLAB and ‘EtherPOAP POINT’ for the winners.

Where will tokens be held once distributed by Collab.Land DAO? (Multisig, onchain DAO, etc)

The Tokens would be sent to our MPC wallet owned by IPrinterDAO Treasury.
